Agreement on confidentiality and protection of personal data

This "Agreement on confidentiality and protection of personal data" (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the processing (collection, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer, blocking, destruction) by the Administration of the Jam Design website (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) of personal data of any legal or natural person (hereinafter referred to as the User) provided to the Administration while visiting this website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and when using the services offered on this Site. The user confirms that he has read and expressed full agreement with the terms of the Agreement without any change or addition, and also allowed the Administration to process his personal data.  

1. Confidential Information  

1.1. Confidential information in this Agreement is interpreted as information stored in the Site database in encrypted form and available for viewing exclusively by the Administration.  

1.2. The concept of confidential information does not include the following:  

a) information about a person voluntarily posted by him in the general sections of the Site and available to any other User of the Site;  

b) information that can be freely obtained from other publicly available sources.  

1.3. The following types of information are available to the administration:  

a) information provided by Users:  

  – within the framework of activities carried out by the Administration (surveys, applications, feedback forms);  

  – when making entries in online forms;  

  – when corresponding with the Administration via e-mail;  

b) technical information:  

  – data about the Internet provider of the User;  

  – IP address;  

  – characteristics of the PC and software used;  

  – data on files uploaded and uploaded to the Site, etc.;  

c) statistical data about the User's preferences (topics of pages viewed).  

2. Information processing  

2.1. The Administration processes only the information that the User provides voluntarily.  

2.2. The Administration processes the User's personal information for:  

  – provision of services;  

  – resolution of disputes and difficult situations;  

  – sending messages of a technical and administrative nature, news;  

  - other purposes that the Administration informs the User about by requesting private information.  

2.3. The Administration uses tracking technologies (cookies) to collect personal data such as browser type or operating system, referring page, path on the Site, Internet provider domain, etc., in order to obtain general information about how the Site is used by the User .  

 

3. Protection of personal data  

3.1. The Administration uses modern technologies to ensure the confidentiality of personal data left by Users in order to ensure maximum information protection.  

3.2. The administration saves all information collected using cookies in a format that does not require personal identification. Information obtained through cookies cannot be disclosed to third parties.  

3.3. The information collected about the User is not subject to disclosure to third parties, except as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.  

 

4. Final provisions  

4.1. By filling out an online form on the Site or visiting the pages of the Site, the User automatically accepts the terms of this Agreement.  

4.2. The activities of the Administration are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Any claims, disputes, official appeals will be considered exclusively in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.  

4.3. The terms of this Agreement may be changed by the Administration unilaterally and will enter into force within seven calendar days from the date of their publication on the Site. If the changes are significant, the Administration will notify the User by e-mail.
